It's that time of year again. No, not back-to-school, the end of the opressive heat, or the coming of the spectacular fall color. Well, OK it is time for those, too. But what I want to talk about is the Utah State Fair.

Held annually in September at the Utah State Fairpark at 155 North 1000 West, this is a really fun place to spend an afternoon. It runs for ten days with different demonstrations and entertainment daily. From barn animals to fine art, from Kettle Korn to stir fry, from rides for the young at heart to vendor booths for the shopper in you, there truly is something for everyone.
